Guests from Somalia will visit NU today

Dr. Debbie Curtis will bring 15 refugees from Somalia, DR Congo, Burma and Iraq to visit campus on Thursday April 9.  They are part of a new Niagara University training initiative that Curtis leads in partnership with Catholic Charities of Buffalo.   NU provides job preparation and transition services at the Hospitality & Tourism Training Institute (HTTI).  They will tour campus, participate in a training session with NU students have lunch at Clet, then see Niagara Falls for the first time before heading back to Buffalo.
