Are you sure you know the number of calories you’re eating and using each day? Having an accurate understanding of your calorie balance will help you lose or maintain weight and makes it easier to readjust if you’re having setbacks. Nutrition labels, along with calorie tracking apps and online tools, can make all the difference.
If you’re not already using a tracking tool, test one out this week. There are plenty of websites, books and smart-phone apps available. Find the method that works best for you and stick with it.
