Holiday timesheets must be completed and approved prior to leaving for Christmas break.
Timesheets for the pay period Dec. 14 through Dec. 27 must be completed and approved before leaving for break on Tuesday, Dec. 23.
For next week, all timesheets already has Christmas day populated. You will need to add the other 2 days as holiday time. Do not put the time in and time out in the timesheet for those 2 days. You only need to put the 7 in the ‘hours’ column and pick holiday. Once your timesheet is complete, please ask your supervisor to approve it.
The next payroll will be transmitted on Dec. 30, before we return from break. It is important that the timesheets are complete and approved so that it can be paid in full.
