Human Resources Introduces ApplicantPro!
The Human Resources Department is excited to announce that we will be switching Applicant Tracking Systems from NovusHR to ApplicantPro, effective February 2021.
ApplicantPro is an end-to-end hiring software platform that will streamline our current hiring process, from job search to new hire paperwork and everything in between. ApplicantPro has several benefits, including:
- Reduced time to fill an open position
- Lower cost to hire
- Accessibility to everyone on the hiring team
- Better quality for hiring processes with skill assessments and video interviewing.
- Expanded social media exposure
- Better experience for both applicants and hiring managers
For individuals charged with hiring candidates, changes to the process will be minor and assistance will be provided. You will continue to have access to all the applicants and their cover letters resumes, etc., rate the candidates, schedule interviews, plus all the features the ApplicantPro provides.
We will launch this new system during the first week in February. The full capabilities of ApplicantPro will be outlined during training and information sessions during the weeks of Feb 1, and Feb 8.
