IMPACT/ReNU Niagara Offering Capacity College Grant Training in Fall 2018
MPACT/ReNU Niagara, a program of the Rev. Joseph L. Levesque, C.M. Institute for Civic Engagement at Niagara University, will once again be offering grant training this fall.
The five-week course, called Capacity College, will offer participants weekly training on the basic aspects of grants, including finding, applying for and managing funding opportunities. The training covers both public and private sector opportunities and will conclude with a funders’ roundtable, providing participants the opportunity to learn more about grant opportunities and what funders are looking for.
Beginning Aug. 30, all courses will be held on Thursdays from 6-8:30 p.m. in Bisgrove Hall, Room 351, on the Niagara University campus. The deadline to register is Aug. 16. A $20 fee covers all fall semester courses, books and handouts.
