Interactive Fitness Fall Frenzy Madness begins today, Oct. 7
Come show your school spirit and support NU by riding some of the most innovative exercise bikes out on the market today, The Interactive Fitness Expresso Bikes.
160+ universities from around the U.S. will participate in a NCAA bracket type tournament to see who will be crowned this year’s “Golden Spokes” winner.
Two Expresso Bikes are located in the front fitness center of the Kiernan Recreation Center. Riders must register their name and school throughhttp://expresso.com/Learn and can ride only during Kiernan Center business hours.
The individual NU rider with the most miles will win one grand prize. Teams are highly encouraged.
