IT Portal Upgrade
This weekend, the Office of Information Technology will be switching to a better platform for their helpdesk.niagara.edu support portal.
The portal will be unavailable for a period of time on Sunday while the process takes place, but the address for service tickets will remain http://helpdesk.niagara.edu and tickets will still be created by e-mailing mailto:itsupport@niagara.edu.
All existing tickets are migrating to the new system, and you’ll be able to view them by logging in to the new portal.
