Levesque Institute: COVID-19 Resource Website & Program Updates

In Announcements, by , on March 25th, 2020

While we are all grappling with the Coronavirus situation internationally, nationally, and locally, we must remember that the health and safety of all individuals is the top priority. As we focus on public health and safety, it is critical that we think about the most vulnerable populations, and how we can remotely make this time one of unity and comfort. By giving of ourselves during this time, we elevate the meaning and importance of civic pride and responsibility.

As an institute of civic engagement, we see our role as a convener of information, suggested measures, and resources that can assist all populations. We are adding valuable information to the Levesque Institute website to be a one-stop resource for all facets of our community. The website can be found at:  https://levesqueinstitute.niagara.edu/programs/resources/.

We hope this website will be informative, and give you ideas on how to make your time at home productive, while also keeping you informed on the most current information needed to stay abreast of what our personal responsibility is to “slowing the curve” on Coronavirus cases expanding.

You can also find the most recent Levesque Institute newsletter at this link. The newsletter features program updates, introduces the new website, and encourages you to #HaltHate on April 2, 2020.
