Body language can be a tough form of communication to master. Even if you aren’t talking, you are still saying something to others with non-verbal cues, like arm position and stance. Do you know what you are saying…or better yet, what others are saying to you?

Attendees can expect:
- To gain an understanding of what body language is
- How to engage with others as part of a team and the role body language plays
- Managing props at social events (ex. Shaking hands while holding a plate)
- Tips for navigating awkward social situations
- Cultural differences to be aware of
