Message from payroll regarding timesheets
Paper timesheets for the pay period Dec. 11 – Dec. 21 must be completed and turned into payroll no later than Tuesday, Dec. 20, for processing. Any timesheets received after Dec. 20 will be processed in the following payroll.
Online timesheets for the pay period Dec. 11, 2016 – Jan. 2, 2017, must be completed and approved no later than noon on Wednesday, Dec. 21, so they may be processed before we leave for break. Any hours not entered in by Dec. 21 will be paid in the following payroll.
You will need to populate Dec. 26, 2016, through Jan. 2, 2017, and code as “Holiday” on timesheet. It is important for timesheets to be complete and approved so that hours can be paid in full.
