Sincere thanks to everyone who participated in this year’s Christmas Giving projects – the Virtual Giving Tree and the Adopt-A-Family Amazon Wish List.  This year, Christmas looked a little different as we were tasked to reimagine our giving projects to create a safe shopping environment for our community, while still supporting our neighbors in need to the greatest extent possible.

We once again partnered with Mount Saint Mary’s Neighborhood Health Center this year, to supply gift cards for the “Christmas Shoppe,” where parents are invited to shop for their children’s clothing gifts using the donated gift cards.  We collected $1,045 in gift cards.

Local Niagara Falls families were “adopted” this year by student clubs and organizations, NUSGA delegations, athletic teams, offices, and individuals.  Fifteen families from Summit Life Outreach, a pregnancy support center, wrote their Christmas wish lists, and our adopters went to work fulfilling their wish requests.

We think that each of these giving projects is a beautiful expression of compassion that meets a need in a responsible and dignified way.  Thank you so much for your amazing generosity!
