Metz at Niagara is proud to welcome two new dining services members to the team this semester.                                                                                                                                                               

Alexis Dent, our new marketing manager, brings her expertise in digital marketing, social media, and strategic promotions to the Metz at Niagara team. With past experience at a digital media startup and a public relations agency, Alexis looks forward to enhancing the retail and resident dining experience and bringing fun new promotions to Niagara University. 

Anthony Renda, our new executive chef and a Niagara Falls native, has over 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry in high volume environments such as the Seneca Niagara Hotel and Casino. With past positions as the executive chef at Templeton Landing and the kitchen manager at the Hard Rock Café in Niagara Falls, Anthony brings extensive culinary experience and management expertise to our team. We look forward to sampling his culinary creations and expanding our menu this semester.
