Metz Culinary Management at Niagara University is thrilled to announce two new managers have joined our team including Ashley Fox, marketing manager, and Rob Mogel III, retail manager. Both have a great enthusiasm for their areas of expertise and bring many new ideas to Niagara.

Ashley, originally from Little Falls, NY, is an alumna of Niagara University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in tourism management and a minor in marketing. Her experience includes time with a major retailer and she possess a strong understanding of guest satisfaction.

Rob was born and raised in Erie, PA and received his bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Mercyhurst University. His on-siting dining career started in 2012 at Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. Three years later, he was promoted and relocated to Franciscan University. Rob enjoys interacting with guests and has a passion for hospitality.

Please join me in congratulating Ashley and Rob on their new careers with Metz Culinary Management. We are very excited to have them on our team and look forward to what they will add the Niagara community.
