Metz welcomes newest employee: Nicole Mead
Metz Culinary Management is happy to announce the newest addition to the internal team. Please join in welcoming Nicole Mead as the newest catering manager to the catering department. Originally from Churchville, New York, Nicole relocated to Buffalo to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management at Buffalo State College. After graduating in 2012, she has held positions at Embassy Suites by Hilton, Salvatore’s Garden Place Hotel and The Buffalo Catering Company. In her free time, she likes to travel and try new restaurants.
