Don’t let work cut your work-out
Being too busy is one of the most cited reasons for not getting activity. If you can’t fit a fitness session into your day, make an effort to exercise in smaller bursts. Get activity into your workday by walking with a message instead of e-mailing, using a yoga ball instead of an office chair and always taking your athletic shoes on business trips.
Work-out despite work this week. Use scheduling savvy and little actions throughout the day to create a varied plan that both fits into your life and keeps you fit.
