Get a Weighty Workout
There are many benefits to weight training: it improves muscle tone, strengthens bones and decreases body fat. Just be sure you are lifting correctly and using appropriate weights. Start with a weight that you can complete 12 repetitions with while maintaining proper breathing and form.
Give weight training a try this week. Start with low weights and slowly increase over time. Aim to work the legs, arms, shoulders, chest, back and abdomen
