 Bring Balance to Your Workout

When looking at all the different types of physical activity, it’s important to remember balance training. Balance declines as we age, contributing to the likelihood of falls, fractures and other serious injuries.

Get in some balance this week by adding tai chi, yoga or similar activities. You can also perform your own balancing act by standing on one leg for increasing periods of time.
