During this week, colleges and universities nationwide are making an extra effort to celebrate transfer students and the professionals who support them. As part of Niagara’s celebration, we are promoting the following events on campus:

• Faculty and administration are invited to have lunch with a transfer student – on us! Invite a transfer student to lunch at the Dining Commons any time this semester and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions will provide the meal passes for you both. Simply contact our office to make arrangements.
• Please join us for a transfer student appreciation lunch at the Dining Commons on Thursday, Oct. 12, from 12-2 p.m. All transfer students – and those who support them, both in and out of the classroom – are invited to stop in for lunch and the opportunity to connect with other transfer students, faculty, staff and administrators. The Office of Undergraduate Admissions will provide meal passes for all those attending.
• Follow Niagara throughout the week on social media for special posts related to transfer students at NU – #TransferStudentWeek
