New co-coordinators for NUB
Drs. Abigail Levin and Jon Keller, both of the philosophy department, have been appointed co-coordinators for the first-year Niagara University Beginnings course, effective this semester. They will be leading the program over the next two years and have an ambitious agenda to focus on why a liberal arts education matters and to place additional emphasis on the importance of diversity in our globalized world. They will share all duties and responsibilities, with Dr. Keller “on duty” during Summer 2015 and Dr. Levin “on duty” during Summer 2016.
Please join me in congratulating Abby and John on their appointment, and in thanking Dr. Stefanie Wichhart, history department, for her two years of outstanding leadership and organization of NUB.
