Men’s Basketball
The Niagara men’s basketball team welcomes Monmouth and Rider to the ‘Taps’ Gallagher Center this weekend for MAAC play. The Hawks come to Niagara on Friday, Jan. 10, for a 7 p.m. tip-off, while the Broncs take to the court on Sunday, Jan. 12, at 2 p.m.

Hockey
Niagara returns to Dwyer Arena this weekend for its first home game since November when the Purple Eagles host AIC for a two-game series starting on Friday, Jan. 10, and wrapping up the following day. Both contests are scheduled for 7:05 p.m. starts.

The team will host a Teddy Bear Toss during the Jan. 10 game benefitting the Carly’s Club for Kids & Cancer Research at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Fans that bring a new, stuffed animal to the game will be able to toss them onto the ice following the Purple Eagles’ first goal of the game. There will also be general reserved tickets available for $10 which includes a teddy bear and a $5 donation to Carly’s Club.
Swimming & Diving
The Niagara swimming and diving teams will begin the new year with a meet against Buffalo on Saturday, Jan. 11, at the Oxy Aquatic Center. The meet is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
