Niagara County Supreme Court Justice Kloch will be on campus Wednesday for Criminal Law Seminar
Niagara County Supreme Court Justice Richard Kloch Sr., who has also taught on campus in the criminal justice department, will return to Niagara University on Wednesday afternoon for a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar.
