Niagara University Alumnus Elected NYSSCPA President
Joseph M. Falbo Jr., a 1991 graduate of Niagara University, was recently elected president of the 28,000-member New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He becomes the first NU alumnus – and only the second from the Buffalo chapter – to chair the association since it was incorporated in 1897.
Falbo’s year-long term as president-elect began June 1.
Niagara University held an event on campus Nov. 11 to commemorate the occasion, and celebrate Falbo’s achievements.
