Niagara University Disability Awareness Training Emergency Planning and Preparedness

The Niagara University Disability Awareness Training office is conducting a program for building team representatives and those with a responsibility for students, staff, and visitors as it pertains to response to needs related to emergencies.

Content will include, but not be limited to, defining access and functional needs, effective communication, (self) identification, fire safety and disaster planning, and support networks.

Participants will be provided with the tools to plan for students and employees with disabilities and access and functional needs.

This is an abbreviated version of the Emergency Management Disability Awareness Training program and is structured exclusively for NU.
