Niagara University Extends Prestigious AACSB International Accreditation
Niagara University’s College of Business Administration has had its accreditation extended by AACSB International, a hallmark of excellence in business education earned by less than 5 percent of the world’s business schools.
Having first received AACSB accreditation in 2001, Niagara has continued to expand the quality of its teaching environment and curricula, while advancing efforts to develop academic programs in partnership with global business leaders.
Niagara University’s College of Business Administration currently offers undergraduate degree programs in accounting, economics, finance, management and marketing, with concentrations in specialized areas such as fraud examination, economic crime, supply chain management and food marketing. The College of Business Administration also offers an M.S. in finance and an MBA program with several concentrations.
“This distinction reflects the excellence of Niagara University’s business programs and the exceptional quality of our faculty,” said the Rev. James J. Maher, C.M., president of Niagara University. “At Niagara, we are committed to developing students who are prepared to work and serve in today’s dynamic, global business environment, and the remarkable success of our graduates is a testament to our professors’ abilities to cultivate their talents.”
