Nominate an outstanding employee
The human resource office recognizes employees who consistently exhibit superior job performance while also demonstrating a Vincentian commitment to service with the quarterly Outstanding Employee Award. If you have noticed an employee exhibiting a positive attitude and commitment to Niagara University’s students, faculty, staff, visitors or others, please consider submitting a nomination. Niagara University employees who have completed at least one year of employment can be nominated for the award, except for officers, deans, directors and faculty.
There is an electronic form for submitting a nomination, available on the human resources page on myNU. This form allows for Vincentian values to be emphasized in the process of selecting a winner. Nominations may be made by NU employees, students, alumni, parents, or other persons who come in contact with NU employees.
