NU Celebrates ‘National Employee Appreciation Day’
More than 75 Niagara University employees were treated to free Tim Hortons coffee and tea in celebration of National Employee Appreciation Day, held March 6.
The event was intended as a small way for the university’s administration – especially the Rev. James J. Maher, C.M., president – to express their appreciation for the “wonderful service” provided by Niagara’s faculty and staff.
Attendees were grateful for the complimentary hot morning beverage, but even more so to spend time with their colleagues in an informal setting.
