NU Junior Reflects On Summer Working Abroad In Peru

One of the primary reasons that Erin Maley decided to attend Niagara University was so that she could study in Peru.

Yes, we’re talking about the Niagara University, the Catholic and Vincentian institution that resides on Monteagle Ridge, just less than 4,000 miles away from Lima, Peru’s capital city.

Truth be told, Maley was drawn to Niagara from her hometown of Clifton Park, N.Y., by the esteemed reputation of the university’s hospitality and tourism management programs. The study/work abroad opportunities offered through NU’s College of Hospitality and Tourism Management were essentially the icing on the cake.
