NU Lions Club Fundraiser at Denny’s Restaurant
The NU Lions Club is holding a fundraiser at Denny’s Restaurant, 8020 Niagara Falls Blvd., Niagara Falls, on Wed., Apr. 11, from 4:00-9:00 pm. Denny’s will donate 20% of pre-tax sales that evening. The NU Lions Club uses much of the money from its fundraisers to purchase Christmas gifts for local families in need, through Campus Ministry’s “Adopt-a-Family” program. In 2016, we bought $100 worth of gifts; in 2017, we bought $207 worth of gifts. Last year, the NU Lions Club also made a donation to hurricane victims in Puerto Rico.
