NU Readers Book Club
The NU Readers is an informal book club for students and employees. We’ve been meeting about three times a semester since Spring 2016, and we wanted to extend an invitation to all. If you enjoy reading fiction and nonfiction, you’re welcome to join us. And if you know students who like to read, please also encourage them to join. Our first meeting this semester will be Friday, January 26 from 3:30-4:30 pm. We meet in the Gallagher Center at a table near Tim Horton’s (look for the “NU Readers” sign on the table). We’ll be discussing The Sympathizer by Viet Thanh Nguyen, an author who will be speaking in Buffalo on Friday, March 23 as part of Just Buffalo Literary Center’s “Babel” series (see http://www.justbuffalo.org/event/babel-viet-thanh-nguyen-2018-03-23/)
