In Announcements, by , on April 1st, 2015

Graduate School Week (March 23-28) was a new initiative that targeted and encouraged undergraduate students to explore graduate school opportunities and post-grad options at Niagara University. This program also featured opportunities for current graduate students to connect to the university in an effort to further develop a graduate culture on campus.

Successful programs included a Coffee Break, which took place in the library and a Resume Workshop, which was held at lunchtime this past Saturday.

There was also a Panel Discussion consisting of NU alumni currently enrolled in a graduate program. Participants learned tips and strategies for applying to graduate programs.

On Thursday night, Graduate Studies partnered with the NU Traditions committee, composed of undergraduate students in NUSGA and CPB, to host a new University Social in the Gallagher Center gymnasium before Open Mic Night.

The culminating event for Graduate School Week was the Graduate Studies Open House on Saturday morning in which 89 individuals registered.
