Organizational Update: Brennan Center and Office of International Relations

The Edward A. Brennan Center for Language, Culture and Leadership and the Office of International Relations have merged operations under the leadership of Dr. Deborah Curtis, Executive Director.  International Relations will continue to report to Fr. Kevin Creagh, C.M., vice president of mission and ministry and the office of international relations.

  • Theodore Lee,  previously an ESL instructor with the Brennan Center,  has been appointed to the position of assistant director of recruitment and operations, more closely aligning this role with admissions functions.
  • Kathryn DeCecco, previously in the College of Hospitality and Tourism, has moved to the Brennan Center as the assistant director for international student services, a role which includes Study Abroad.
  • Gail Struzik, part time office coordinator, has relocated from the Levesque Institute to the Brennan Center.
  • The Brennan Center will work closely with faculty as liaisons for international partnerships. The Center and Office of International Relations is now located in DePaul Room 133.
