Organizational Update: Office of Student Affairs

  • With years of experience in the Student Affairs sector, Chris Sheffield will now serve as the assistant vice president for institutional effectiveness and student affairs. Chris will be moving his office to the lower level of the Gallagher Center (Room 111B) in the next several days. In addition to his current responsibilities, Chris will lead the following additional areas:
    • Counseling Services (Jeannine Suk)
    • Health Services (Adrienne Kasbaum)
    • Office of Equity and Inclusion (Ryan Thompson)
  • Jason Jakubowski, in addition to his current responsibilities as the dean of students, will lead the following additional areas:
    • The Kiernan Center (Derek Puff, who is newly appointed to the position of director of recreational and intramural sports/Kiernan Center)
    • Veteran Services (Robert Healy)
  • The Office of Campus Safety will move to Operations. John Barker (director of campus safety) will now report to Mary Borgognoni (senior vice president for operations and finance).
