Payroll Message Regarding Thanksgiving Holiday

Timesheets for the pay period November 12- November 25 must be completed and approved before leaving for Thanksgiving break on Tuesday, November 21, 2017.

For next week, your timesheet already has Thanksgiving day populated. You will need to add “Holiday” using the drop down under “Pay Code” column of timesheet and list 8am – 3pm for hours worked on Wednesday and Friday. Once your timesheet is complete, please ask your supervisor to approve it.

Paper timesheets need to be received by Payroll no later than Noon on November 21, 2017.

The next payroll will be transmitted on November 27, upon our return. It is important that your timesheet is completed and approved so that it can be paid in full.
