Planning events serving alcohol at Niagara University

In Announcements, by , on April 14th, 2015

Niagara University has long held liquor licenses for designated areas on campus for the purpose of hosting events, including dinners, cocktail parties, and fundraisers, to name just a few.

As of today, the liquor licenses in the Castellani Art Museum and St. Vincent’s Hall are expired. The license for Clet Hall will expire April 28, 2015. The license for the Dwyer Arena will remain active until Sodexo’s contract runs out at the end of May.

Please note, during this transition period, Sodexo is able to cater events serving alcohol, however, a one-day liquor license will need to be secured for each event.  Anyone hosting events in Castellani and St. Vincent’s Hall will need to notify Sodexo at least 30 days in advance of the event so that a one-day liquor license can be secured.

If you have questions regarding this, please contact Christy Ferguson at Ext. 8345 or clf@niagara.edu.
