The Office of Human Resources recognizes employees who consistently exhibit superior job performance while also demonstrating a Vincentian commitment to service with the quarterly Outstanding Employee Award. Niagara University employees who have completed at least one year of employment are eligible for nomination, with the exception of officers, deans, directors and faculty.
Please submit the form electronically in myNU under the Human Resources section, titled “Outstanding Employee of the Quarter”. Nominations may be made by NU employees, students, alumni, parents, or other persons who come in contact with NU employees. For this reason, the form is also available on our Human Resources webpage.
