Prayers Requested for Sandra Mann Ormsby
Prayers are requested for Sandra Mann Ormsby and her family. Sandy passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017.
Sandy served in several positions at Niagara University, most recently as director of university events, during a 29-year tenure at her alma mater. She retired in 2013.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Linus, a 25-year employee of NU; a daughter, Maureen P. (Dan) Allen of Alexandria, Va.; and two grandchildren, Lauren and Erin Allen. She is also survived by two brothers, William (Lois) Mann of Millville, Del., and Kevin (Sheree) Mann of Lewisberry, Pa.; a sister, Kathleen (Richard) Lepley of Ashburn, Va.; an aunt, Margaret Mann of Lewiston; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may call at Hardison Funeral Home, N. Fourth & Ridge Streets, Lewiston, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 15, at 11 a.m. at St. Peter RC Church, 600 Center St., Lewiston, with the Rev. Msgr. Robert Zapfel officiating. PBurial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston.
