Promote Services to Students: Submit Flyers by August 11
Want to advertise your office, services, program, or an event this fall in the residence halls? Or want to welcome our students back with a message from your office? Submit your flyers or posters to be displayed in the Residence Halls for students when they return!
Here’s what is needed: Send 60 copies in 8.5×11 or 11×17 (either portrait or landscape) and they will be displayed in all buildings. Posters are also accepted. Send up to 5 copies of poster sizes (24×36) for the lobbies of the five main residence halls. Please send all flyers/posters by August 11 to the attention of Kimberly Fenton, Office of Residence Life, O’Shea Hall, Room 108.
