Promote your Department & Upcoming Events!
With Move In Day quickly approaching, Residence Life wants to help you promote your departments and upcoming events! Send us your flyers by August 22 that you’d like hung in all of the halls (beginning with Move In Day) to help our new and returning students feel the excitement the moment they return to campus!
Also, continue to send us flyers for your events and programs throughout the semester! Please send posters during the semester at least one week in advance whenever possible. You can drop them off or send them to 108 O’Shea Hall!
Quantity:
If you want to hang on every residential floor – 60
If you want to hang just in the main entry way of each building – 17
Sizes:
We can accommodate tabloid (11”x17”, portrait or landscape) or letter (8.5”x11”, portrait or landscape) sized flyers. In Seton and O’Shea, we can also accommodate a 24”x36” poster in the entry of each building if you’re looking for a bigger visual impact!
We’re also very open to any other creative marketing ideas you may have as well (bathroom stall readers, informational campaigns, giveaways, bulletin board takeovers, etc.). Please contact Kim Fenton at kfenton@niagara.edu with other ideas!
