Residence halls host mock Election
Can our students predict the election results? Last week on Thursday evening, the residence life staff and community advisors (CAs) hosted a mock presidential election in the residence halls. Over 200 students turned out to vote and the results were as follows:
Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine – 95 votes (47.03%) – WINNER
Donald Trump and Mike Pence – 64 votes (31.68%)
Jill Stein and Ajamu Baraka – 12 votes (5.94%)
Gary Johnson and Bill Weld – 28 votes (13.86%)
Misc. write in votes – 3 votes (1.49%)
