ROAD CLOSURES!

In Announcements, by , on November 7th, 2019

Beginning on Monday, November 4, 2019, National Vacuum Environmental Services will conduct Fall maintenance on the Rte. 104 (Lewiston Rd.) and both of the North/South-bound Robert Moses Parkway bridge scuppers (i.e. drainage inlets) and expansion joints.  This work will take place on top of the bridge decks and will affect normal traffic flow.  During this time, NYPA General Maintenance will also be washing the windows of the Power Vista Overpass.

Work schedule and temporary traffic conditions:

Monday & Tuesday (11/4-11/5): Rte. 104 temporary traffic maintenance to close two lanes of the bridge, allowing single lane traffic in both north and south direction.

Wednesday (11/6): Robert Moses Parkway North Bound will utilize a temporary traffic light signal to allow alternating single lane traffic.

Thursday (11/7): Robert Moses Parkway South Bound.  This portion is already closed to traffic and will not affect normal travel.

Please slow down and use caution when traveling through the areas noted above and especially at the intersection of Power Vista Drive.
