Ryan Thompson Named Assistant General Counsel
Ryan Thompson has been named assistant general counsel at Niagara University. Thompson, of Buffalo, will also serve as director of a new Continuing Legal Education program and adjunct writing professor.
Thompson joined Niagara University as an adjunct faculty member last fall, and then filled in as assistant attorney in the General Counsel’s Office when Stephanie “Cole” Adams became interim director of human resources and subsequently was out on maternity leave.
Upon Adams’ return, Thompson will continue to work in the General Counsel’s Office, in addition to spearheading a new collaborative initiative with the university’s Continuing Education department to launch the NU CLE program.
