Second Annual Buffalo Humanities Festival

The Second Annual Buffalo Humanities Festival will take place on Sept. 25-26, 2015, featuring Harvard scholar, Jill Lepore, who will discuss her latest book, The Secret History of Wonder Woman. There are a couple of pre-conference events (see attached program). Lepore’s presentation will take place on Friday night at 8 p.m. at the Albright Knox Museum, and the festival presentations of speakers and performers will take place on Saturday. See the attached program for more information. Niagara University is one of the main sponsors for this event and two of the panels feature NU female veteran students and scenes from “Cyrana” by NU professor Doug Zschiegner and a troupe of NU students. The event is open to the public and there is a student rate for tickets.
