Sharing the “Human Stories” of NU

In Announcements, by , on April 29th, 2020

Niagara University’s faculty and staff are meeting the challenges of COVID-19 with compassion, creativity, hope, and resilience. For example, Dr. Jim McCutcheon’s Spanish poetry course has been an unexpected source of comfort for his students, while adjunct professor Natalie Slipko has encouraged her students to dance wherever they are. Dr. William Cliff’s students are learning real-world lessons in global health, and Julie Candella, ’13, senior assistant director of admissions, has invited accepted students “into” her kitchen to learn how to make pasta.

If you have come up with a unique way to reach your students or have connected with them in a special way during the pandemic, and want to share your story, please contact  Lisa McMahon
