Ryan Alan, Assistant General Manager
We would like to welcome our newest member of our management team as the Assistant General Manager, Ryan Alan, to Niagara University.
Ryan most recently came from Richmond, Kentucky where he was the Food Service Director for Aramark at Eastern Kentucky University. He opened a new unit for Sodexo at East Tennessee State University as an Executive Chef and was also the Production Manager at the University of Louisville.
Before going into Onsite Dining and Support Services, Ryan gained a lot of experience in the restaurant industry. He started making pizzas at the age of 16 and worked in various positions over the years gaining valuable experience to prepare himself for management. Applebee’s then offered him his first management position and since then Ryan has also been a manager at Old Chicago and Golden Corral.
Ryan is married with three children Eli aged 12, Karl aged 12, and Rebekah aged 9.
