Summer Orientation Materials needed by June 16

Summer Orientation 2023 is right around the corner! Please send us any materials/flyers that you would like the students and parents to receive during the sessions.

  • Session 1: Thursday and Friday, July 13-14
  • Session 2: Monday and Tuesday, July 17-18
  • Session 3: Thursday, July 20 – ONE DAY ONLY

All materials should be delivered to Rosanna Macri in Residence Life (O’Shea Hall, Room 108) by June 16.

Quantity of copies:
Student Packets: 600
Parent Packets: 600
Both Packets: 1,200

Please keep in mind those small pieces of printed material, such as quarter sheets, 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 get lost behind the pocket of the folder. Also, no larger than 8-1/2 x 11.

We are looking forward to working with the Niagara community to make this a great experience for our new students. Please include as many pamphlets/brochures/inserts as possible for each of your departments and let us make the folders. Let’s show students and parents ALL that we can offer to them.
