Summer Schedule Goes into Effect Monday, May 18

The university’s summer schedule goes into effect on Monday, May 18 and will continue until Friday, August  21.

Summer work hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break, and for this year, our university president, Father Maher, has announced that the university will be closed on Fridays during the summer schedule.

For payroll purposes, please enter your hours accordingly, and for Fridays, enter the remaining number of hours for your work week as “other.”

For employees who typically work a 40-hour work week, your work hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Thursday.
