The Center for Events and Management Development: Pre-events meeting
Niagara University continues to host a variety of events and conferences on a regular basis. We emphasize strongly the importance of effective communication between all offices and departments.
The Center for Events and Management Development will be resuming monthly pre-events meetings, and the first one is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015, at 4 p.m. in the lower level Gallagher Center, Room 110. We will summarize and review the 2015 summer conferences and events, as well as discuss any and all upcoming events in Sept. and Oct. of this year.
Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to: room setups, DTZ work orders, Metz menu review, campus safety – parking recommendations, special guests to campus.
If you are holding a meeting/event for the months in question and would like to meet to clarify details, please plan on attending this pre-events planning meeting by contacting Roxanne at email@example.com. Attendance is meant to help provide you with exceptional customer service, to benefit and assist you as the event planner, and help showcase Niagara University to internal and external audiences. Hopefully, it will eliminate any last-minute requests and unforeseen issues.
