The Post – Submission Guidelines
The Post is a weekly faculty and staff email newsletter sent every Tuesday at 11:00 a.m.
We ask that you please abide by the following guidelines when sending in submissions to The Post:
Submissions for The Post can be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or through the submission form that can be accessed here.
All submissions must be submitted by the Friday prior, by 12:00 p.m. The Post goes out weekly on Tuesdays via email, and can also be accessed here. Please note, The Post (formerly The Daily Post) is no longer sent out daily.
In your submissions, please include the specific date(s) of the week(s) you would like your submission included (i.e., the week of 10.10.2021).
Please include the title for your submission.
For any attachments you would like included, please upload as a .png or .jpeg file.
Please ensure the text of your submission is free of grammatical errors and in a copyable format. If your submission includes a photo or attachment, please also include copyable text.
If your submission includes any long links (i.e., Zoom meeting links), please refer to https://bitly.com/ to create a shortened URL.
