University Dining Club is now open

In Announcements, by , on October 7th, 2016

The new University Dining Club (UDC) is now open for faculty, staff, administration and guests at Niagara University. The UDC is located next to the Dining Commons in the lower level of the Leary Theatre (the former Rathskeller). Diners can access the UDC through the Dining Commons or through Clet Hall’s lower level corridor.

The UDC is open each day from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. and diners can choose from a $7 menu option, which includes seasonal fruited water, iced tea, coffee and hot tea. Soda (bottle or can), mineral water and dessert will also be available for purchase.

You will also be pleased to know that a loyalty card will be available, providing diners with the opportunity to earn a free lunch after 10 lunch purchases.

The establishment of the University Dining Club stemmed from many good ideas discussed by a campus workgroup composed of Dr. Jim McCutcheon, Chris Ferguson, Dr. Chandra Foote, Dr. Paul Kot, Dr. Michael Barnwell, Dr. Ken Culton and Dr. Marlo Brown. It was their creativity, in conjunction with the enthusiasm and flexibility of the team at Metz Culinary Management that resulted in this new dining option at Niagara.

Should you have any questions or further suggestions for the UDC, please do not hesitate to contact Chris Ferguson at clf@niagara.edu or ext. 8345.
