Skills for Success: Understanding Your Identity in the Workplace

Theories of identity explain the ways individuals behave in specific groups and situations. This event will addresses why and how you have develop your personal, social, and organizational identities. Our guest speakers will illustrate how organizations that are aware of the importance of identity can better manage employees’ relationships with the organization as well as with colleagues. By using identity theory, you can increase positive relationships with leaders and decrease your potential for effects such as burn out.
